Get ready for an immersive 8-day Tanzanian safari focused on incredible wildlife viewing in the vast plains of the Serengeti and the unique ecosystem of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Your journey begins as you're welcomed at JRO and transferred to Karatu, a charming town bordering the conservation areas, where you'll settle in for the night. The following morning, the adventure truly begins as you head straight into the legendary Serengeti National Park.

You'll start with two days of intensive exploration in the Northern Serengeti, a region famous for dramatic landscapes and (seasonally) the spectacular Great Migration river crossings. From there, you'll track south to the Central Serengeti for another two full days, enjoying unlimited game drives to capture the quintessential safari experience: lions on the hunt, massive herds of plains game, and countless other species.

The safari culminates with a shift in scenery as you return to Karatu for a full day dedicated to the Ngorongoro Crater. This World Heritage Site is a natural wonder, a massive caldera where wildlife thrives in stunning density, offering one of the best single-day game viewing opportunities in the world.

Day 1: Karatu

On arrival at JRO, you will be met by our friendly tour guide and depart for Arusha for hot lunch and later proceed to Marera Mountain View Lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Northern Serengeti

Check out after breakfast at the lodge with your packed lunch boxes and depart for Serengeti. On arrival, you will enjoy a game drive in Northern Serengeti and later proceed to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Northern Serengeti

Game drives throughout the day along with your meals.
Day 4: Central Serengeti

Check out after breakfast at the camp with your packed lunch boxes and enjoy a full day game in Central Serengeti, thereafter proceed to Tanzania Pure Tented Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Central Serengeti

Check out after breakfast at the camp with your packed lunch boxes and enjoy an enroute Morning game drive in Central Serengeti and later proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
